Frozen Yoghurt

Serves 8

Ingredients:

1 2/3 cups plain yogurt
3-5 tablespoons honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
1 lime, zested
3 cups frozen fruit of choice (mango, berries or banana)

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Place into a container and freeze for 6 hours to overnight.
