Makes 28 small/medium balls

Handful of parsley
Handful of mint
3 tbsp oil
one cane of chickpeas (ml)
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups pistachios

Preheat oven to 190C. Blend all ingredients together; I dislike large pieces of nuts, so I processed them before combining everything. Roll into desired sized balls and bake for 15 minutes. These go great with hummus.
