Mango Madness Smoothie
Took inspiration from Jessica Sepel, what a perfect smoothie!

1/2 cup fresh Mango, cubed
1 tbsp greek/natural yoghurt (optional)
1 tsp white chia seeds (or black, I choose white because I don’t like to see black pieces in my smoothie especially since the smoothie is a light colour!)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp stevia/natvia powder (Optional)
1/2 cup almond milk
Place all ingredients into a blender until mixture is combined.
Optional toppings: Muesli, sliced banana, fresh fruit and chia
